How does the submission for retrofitting work?



Please contact our customer service department to check the possibilities of a product modification. Let us know your retrofitting request and which product you would like to retrofit.

Our customer service will contact you to let you know if the product modification is possible, provide a quote for the work and give you an address to send the product to if you would like to go-ahead.


We process your shipment

Once we have received your shipment, we will process your product modification as quickly as possible and contact you for payment if applicable.


Your delivery

We will send your modified product back to you.


  • If your product is damaged during a modification carried out by us, we will of course replace it with a product we have in stock.
  • All products sent in for retrofitting must be clean, as only clean products can be modified. If the product needs to be cleaned prior to retrofitting we will charge an additional £5.
  • Retrofitting older products will only be accepted under reserve.
